Overpriced

We purchased this based on previous GE models we have owned. This microwave is way overpriced. The popcorn feature doesn’t fully cook popcorn, the buttons are hard to push and it feels / sounds ‘clunky’. There’s nothing special about this model.

Great microwave so far

We bought this microwave a few months ago. The size is perfect for a family of 5 and we use it pretty much every day. Food heats evenly. It is easy to clean and I love that it has a 30 second button that automatically starts the microwave.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good replacement for GE Spacemaker II (JEM25)

Not as good as our old GE Profile microwave

We were replacing our GE profile and went for whatever would fit our built in space and were told this was the replacement. We didn’t realize until we had it in that it was only 800 watts and our old one was 1000. It works fine, but the door latch is very noisy and clunky.
