GE for no good reason other than saving a few pennies on cost did *not* illuminate buttons. -- Normally wouldn't write review -- but they asked (more than once).

Love our built in microwave, gives us so much more counter space. It looks great on the wall and matches all of our other appliances from GE. Super easy to clean, too.

Open button does not work well.

I've had to modify the door opening mechanism in order to get it to work easily. Disappointing from a brand new product.

Nice...but....

I love the look, however when I try to set the timer, it automatically goes to whatever number I press first. For example if I want 30 seconds, and I press 3 - it will automatically start for 3 minutes. Frustrating....Maybe I just need to read the manual...but it's a microwave...it shouldn't be that complicated
