We had one before and wanted one just like it. It fits well under a cabinet. Much quieter this time around. Screw holes however lined up differently as well as glass plate inside. Would have liked to keep plate in case the one now broke.

Used to reheat coffee. Put in with handle to the right and hit 30sec. When I open the door, the handle is to the back. Kind of annoying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked great for the very small area we had available for a microwave. The first microwave delivered had a dent in the door. This was returned and a new one arrived a week later without any issues. So far everything is working just fine.

We had this product for 6 years and replaced it with a new one recently. It was one of the only microwaves that would fit in our space above the counter. It works really well and as advertised.

We bought this model mostly because of it’s size, the depth fit our overhead cabinet and the features are quite useful. However, the microwave is somewhat underpowered and takes time to heat things.
I would recommend this to a friend!
