Replacing older model

This unit replaces the older model GE we used for 5-6 years. Very pleased with all of our GE appliances.

Replacement for a 12 year-old GE microwave

Options to replace the old microwave were constrained by the size of cabinet opening. The PEM31DFBB slid right in and has a number of new features that are welcome.

Cheaply made!

Pure junk like the other reviews stated. Cheap plastic, not even stainless steel and the gap around it you can put a finger in it. No other options unfortunately once I bought the micro already. It's no surprise GE went from best in class to one of the worst.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had this model before, but had some issues - had to have circuit board replaced then worked for another 7 years. But really like GE so will give it another try

Nice microwave for a small space. Turn table is great feature. It is a little hard to close. You really have to push hard. Cooks well.
