Didn't heat food

We bought this microwave as part of a kitchen remodel. While it looked beautiful, when we went to use it the first time, it lit up and the turntable worked but it didn't heat at all...Needless to say, we have returned it and ordered a different microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great space saver

Remember, this is 800 watts, not 100 like some bigger microwaves. It takes a short time longer to reheat or cook things. I really like it, and would buy it again.

I had to buy this microwave because of the measurements. It’s way overpriced, unattractive and has no special features. They need to up their game on this one. Not impressed, at all

Fuse and switch went after only 4 years

Never had any issues with my 2017 microwave. Buy one day I put my coffee in to heat and my microwave lost all power.

I think the microwave is fine. What I was most impressed with was how well designed and simple the trim kit was with the microwave.
I had to replace an older and slightly differently sized model. Once I was confident I was buying the proper replacement model and trim kit, I assumed there would be some unexpected problem with installing the replacement.
I was amazed at how well designed the trim kit was, how easy it was to install, and how well the combined products fit within the existing space. If one does their research and can use a tape measure, drill and screwdriver, it is easy to do.
I would recommend this to a friend!
