It fits, it works!

This is our 3rd. The first lasted longer than the second, but it fits our above counter shelf. I love the reheat feature and being able to quickly start it by hitting the numbers. Hit 1 and it starts to cook for 1 minute, 2 for 2 minutes, etc. If you want longer than 6, you can add 30 seconds several times until you get what you want.

Compact, But Full Featured

I have owned this model microwave for several years. I had needed a microwave that would fit inside a 27-inch cabinet, and this model was ideal. I have the 27-in. trim kit also, so it looks attractive like a built-in appliance. Works without issue for everyone's microwaving and reheating needs in the house.

Sorry but door doesn’t open as designed, brand new and door is broken not good.

When it comes to the door, It is best to open the door by pressing the center of door latch release. When pressing in areas off center and further from center, the door latch is more difficult to operate. This is normal operation for the microwave.

Door Sticks/Does Not Open Reliably

Brand new, just installed and the door sticks/does not reliably open about half the time. When this happens, I can get it to open by first pushing down on the top RH corner of the door and then hitting the open button. After doing that, the door will open OK if I open and close it repeatedly RIGHT THEN. But the next time I go to use it, it usually sticks again. It is VERY FRUSTRATING to have to deal with this and getting it fixed on a brand new, name brand product that cost what this cost.
