It functions as any other microwave. Nothing extraordinary. The only thing special is its life isn’t too long. Won’t survive many days after warranty expires.

Solid working basic microwave

Bought this particular model as it was the only one I could find with exact dimensions needed for a cabinet install space. No complaints other than the actual button to open the door is persnickety (you have to press the large button directly in the center for it to open). Otherwise zero complaints. Works great!

Quietest Ever!

My husband comments daily about how quiet this is when running. Could be because it is 800 watts. But closing the door quietly is impossible, LOL!

I bought this to fit in a small built in opening and had to downsize from a larger microwave. It works great and I am impressed with the performance; especially the defrost feature . I don't miss my old microwave at all

There are some tips you can try to get your microwave to cook your food more evenly. Be sure the microwave glass tray is in place when using the microwave.
Incorrect arrangement of food in a container is one cause: Place larger, thicker pieces toward the outside of the container and smaller, thinner pieces toward the center. Place single items in the center. Arrange several items in a circular arrangement around the center. In some cases, you may need to rotate the dish and stir or cover if appropriate, since trapped steam and heat help to promote even cooking. You can even lower the power level and extend the cooking time. Make sure that the ingredients are well mixed/blended. Use a ring-shaped or round container, if possible. Ring-shaped containers have no corners or center and result in faster, more even cooking. The corners in square or oblong containers absorb microwave energy from four directions: the two sides, bottom and top. The sides absorb energy from three directions: side, bottom and top. The center absorbs energy from only two directions: bottom and top. Make sure that the food is completely defrosted before cooking.
