This is the best microwave oven I've ever used. The way it heats a cup for water is absolutely breathtaking. Plus it can be installed. I'd give six or eight stars if I could.

We've had 2 of these microwaves in our office breakroom for over 7 years ... 1 recently had issues but we had no problem re-ordering, reinstalling...good customer service.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello- We appreciate your purchase and can understand your concern. We are happy to explain. If you find that your microwave door closes loudly or is harder to close than your previous model, the difference in the door noise is due to a firmer spring in the door latch; this is a normal condition for the microwave. You can lift up on the latch to feel the tension. Also, if the microwave starts as soon as the door is closed, the microwave isn't really starting; the fan is coming on in anticipation of the unit starting. We hope this helps to ease your concerns. NICE MACHINE; COULD BE IMPROVED

WORKS FINE—NO PROBLEM THERE. SIMILAR ENOUGH TO OUR OLD SPACEMAKER II, WHICH DIED A SUDDEN, SCAREY DEATH. THE SUGGESTED IMPROVEMENTS: 1) PUSH BUTTONS SHOULD BE MORE RESPONSIVE, NEED LESS PRESSURE—JUST LIKE OUR OLD MACHINE. 2) GIVE MORE DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT INSTRUCTIONS AND PART NUMBERS ABOUT HANGING THE MACHINE UNDER A CABINET. AS ANOTHER REVIEWER NOTED, ONE COULD BUY A PIECE OF METAL FROM THE HARDWARE STORE, DRILL HOLES, AND MAKE BETTER HANING DEVICES AT HOME. HAD TO DO MY OWN MODIFICATIONS ON THE HANGERS FROM THE OLD MACHINE.
