Replace JEM31M003

My Spacemaker II, JEM31M003 died after 29 years.
What should I replace it with.
Its 10 1/4 H, 23 3/4W 12 1/4 Deep, mounted under cabinet. The label says 1.3 kW

Guess I need to pay closer attention to output when ordering! Microwave popcorn bag that took max 90 seconds in my old GE takes almost twice as long in this one!
