The microwave is very quiet.
Wish the trim kit that it monts into cabinet was beefier. There is flex when using controls.

This is the second time we’ve had to replace this microwave in 12 years. Unfortunately it’s the only one that fits above the counter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect size!

We really liked our previous GE spacemaker microwave and had to replace it with one that fit in the same spot. Unfortunately the price of the new one was much higher than other brands but we bought one anyway.

I love the GE Appliance model. It is small and fits in a unique space. Very powerful, sleek and stylish microwave. It cooks evenly. I will stick with GE!

GE Profile Under Cabinet Microwave

GE is really the only company that makes something like this. I previously had a different GE model but alas, after 15 years it needed replacement. This machine is so much more advanced and works great. It's not the biggest microwave out there but I don't need it to be. I have a Convection/air fryer/regular gas oven. I'm not cooking a turkey in ANY microwave. Absolutely love this unit. Mine is mounted under the cabinet with the optional mounting kit but it would also work great on the counter.

Only negative feature is the timer which only chimes once when it is done. If you are in another room and don't hear it go off there is no reminder. Otherwise, is is a good all purpose unit.

Quiet with nice options, but low on power

This is one of the only microwaves that fit in our kitchen and GE knows that and charges a hefty premium for it. It is quieter than it’s predecessor and has a nice 30 second timer option. It does take longer to cook things than it’s predecessor.
I would recommend this to a friend!
