Purchased to replace a 2002 model Spacesaver II. A bit pricey, but only model that would fit into existing built in cabinet.
Works as a microwave should. Have yet to install since GE is slow to ship installation kit.

THIS IS THE THIRD PEM31SF4SS THAT I HAVE BOUGHT. THE FIRST ONE LASTED 8+ YEARS, THE SECOND A DISAPPOINTEDLY 2YEARS ( MAY BE A DUD ?? ) DECIDED TO GO WITH GE ONVCE AGAIN .

Weak microwave

It is not near as powerful as the microwave we’ve had for 14 years. Trim package ordered to fit it in the slot is not as nice either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Drop in for Spacemaker II

This microwave was a direct replacement for an old Spacemaker II. It is about an inch taller, but the trim kit fits the same opening in the cabinetry so it looks like a perfect drop-in. This one is also much quieter.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful microwave, not best price but it was replacing a custom cabinet cutout. It was only one in 1000 in that size

Snug Fitting but looks Great

Its a great looking microwave, Power is ok not the strongest microwave but it fits in an opening within a wall of cabinets. I bought it to replace my previous GE microwave but this one is slightly wider. So i had to move my cabinet adjacent to the microwaves location to make room for this one.
