Not. Sure why they discontinued the JEM31 but this worked with modifications to my cabinets . Also why change the hole pattern that’s rediculous also why such a big GE logo I do not get paid to advertise for GE . I will remove it as soon as I can

Worked fine until it didn’t

We had our first microwave (same model) installed 17 months ago and it stopped working last week. Service + parts would have been too costly since outside of 1yr warranty. Since we have the custom trim kit we purchased another one today. Praying this one lasts longer! A 17month life is ridiculous.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Too expensive

This is an exact replacement of my old GE microwave purchased in 2015. I searched every brand for a microwave that was as big but only had a depth of 13” or less. I was hoping after 8 years there might be another choice, but ,alas, this was it. 800 watts is not very powerful, but I have learned to adjust the times.

I love my GE microwave. I use it more than once a day. It works great, it looks great and most of all they last a long time. My last GE microwave lasted 15 years.

Replaced our original 9 year old GE Spacesaver under cupboard microwave with this one and is a good fit and gets the job done! Wish it had a door grab bar to eliminate finger prints.

Ordered it on line at ge appliances , it didn’t work properly when I received it. Registered it like I was supposed to. Tried getting ge to fix it but they cannot get anyone to come out. 3months several hours of holding on the phone. Explaining to different agents every time. Still no resolutions.
