Easy to use

This microwave is preprogrammed with one-touch controls. I love the ability to stop the turntable from rotating when a dish is not the right size to rotate. Interior and exterior clean up is easy. Food comes out evenly heated. I just wish it was a bit deeper, but that is a constraint of my cabinet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

the new microwave replaced a faulty one that the repairmen couldn't repair. I have to press the numbers extremely hard for it to work. The interior is very dark, like there is a light missing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

GE Profile Series - PEM31DFWW Microwave

This smaller unit is a perfect fit as a replacement for a built-in microwave. It was the only unit found that would fit our cabinet space. We had a GE prior and both work extremely well for their size.
