Terrible Product

The product is unacceptable. It did not meet expectations. We have returned it and bought a microwave from another manufacturer. We had an old Profile which "died" and thought we were getting a similar quality product. This was not the case.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The one before was better. This one, the buttons harder to push. Otherwise good machine. Bought ovens but don't brown evenly. Disappointed! Always bought GE.

I loved preivious last space saver microwave. I ordered the new microwave in stainless steel but it showed every finger print so I traded it for a black one. It still show the prints, but not as bad. In both microwaves I find the key panel hard to push. The glass turn table slips off the sprocket and then tips easily. The message on the display are so scripted I have no idea what message it is trying to get across. In fact I thought there was something wrong with the new one. A moving message with complete words would be better than some coded message.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this micro wave to replace an older version that was not working. Fortunately GE still makes a model to fit my custom space!

Bought this unit to replace a 2006 model, limited space so this unit fit perfect, runs quite and has nice features , blends in well with the other kitchen appliances

Great Micowave, was worried about 800 watts. But has plenty of power & best feature is how quiet it is.
