Bought this micro wave for our kitchen remodel, the trim kit ( sold separately) makes the micro wave look like a million bucks !

You have to use all your strength to push the numbers on the control panel or they don't register. Very hard to use for that reason.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This model was recommended to me by a contractor who was refacing my cabinets and suggested that a smaller profile would provide a more sleek look. The size is perfect for the space and for wha I used it for - heating/defrosting. The issue I have is that the buttons are so small that I need to put my glasses on to read the numbers/text. Also, I have to first press "Cook Time" button before I enter the time and then hit "Start". On old micro you just hit the time you wanted and pushed "Start".
I would recommend this to a friend!
