This product is substantially underpowered compared to the GE we had previously. I am quite disappointed in the time it takes to prepare even basic food choices. I tried to buy the same old model which we knew would fit the under counter space, but couldn't find it. Consequently, I had to do extra cutting to fit the space available. I am not pleased.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this product 6 months ago and its so awesome. I had a older model if this product and it last 10 years. This microwave oven makes no noise it's so quit. Love the space inside and new look.

Nice space saver option

I like the microwave but the only place you can see the oven is online, I now know that if you are hanging this you need the trim kit. Mine fits into a space to hang without the trim kit but the underneath tabs show where you can also sit this on a counter.

This was a complete surprise!

When my contractor told me this was the only microwave that would fit in my cabinet unit I was very upset ~ I liked my old microwave! To my complete surprise, this microwave defrosts just as accurately as my previous one, and size was not an issue either. Very pleased with its performance

Very Disappointing

The buttons frequently don't work--they bring up a message that makes no sense. Opening the door and re-shutting it seems to reset the machine--but I don't expect that this microwave will also long. We bought it mostly because it fit in the space in our kitchen...we will consider remodeling to accommodate another brand if this ends up breaking too soon.
