great overall system...but

What's great about it: dvr is good so far, but i have to see how much it can record the manual says up to one year, i wiil see.
What's not so great: the cameras provided, (night owls) cameras are okay...
i bought to put around my house, the cameras that came with it are decent, however i bought 4 better cameras and they have given a superior picture,the cameras they gave with the system (night owl cams) are good during the day, but below average at night, i bought a pro series day/night cameras for the dark areas around the house. i bought the pro series swann cams they are really gooood all around... the system is really easy to use and thus so far has recorded 2 months steady of recordings, i found it won't cycle the cameras views on the monitor but thats okay...
I would recommend this to a friend!
