broken rotating ring

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought LCRT2010ST 4months ago. Suddenly it is not turning anymore. I found out the center part of rotating ring was broken. Where do I this part?

This microwave is so quiet that at first I didn't think it was working. The only complaint I have about it is that the sensor cook option doesn't seem to work too well for cooking baked potatoes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have not had a chance to use all the features yet, however so far it has proven to work very well. It is fast, efficient, quiet and reliable. I'm glad I bought it!!

Beautiful, Well-Designed Product

Purchased as a replacement, my family and I have fallen in love with this microwave. The rounded corners of the interior are easy to keep clean. The exterior stainless steel finish is easy to clean also.
There are many easy to use pre-programed features, with an on-the-inside-of-the-door printed "cheat" sheet to invoke the full power of the unit's cooking, defrosting, and melting settings. My two favorite features of this microwave:
1. I can use the keypad to directly program at what power the unit should cook, without cycling through all the powers.
2. When defrosting, I can set tenths of pounds as part of the weight setting.

This product is one of the better values I've seen in a kitchen appliance.

Good microwave

We've had our microwave for a few months and everything works great. It replaced a similar counter top microwave that only lasted 6 years and had a defective door. Would appreciate a "sensor reheat" option that our old microwave offered as we find ourselves missing that option.Overall a nice microwave for the money. We are happy.

This microwave is great. It cooks everything very quickly. It is quiet and huge inside. It is without a doubt the best microwave I have every owned.
