Dissapointed after long use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this LG microwave for over a year now and, unfortunately, it is not operating well: I cannot microwave one item and then immediately do a second one afterwards because it will not heat the second item (always comes out cold). The LG microwave worked great in the beginning, but now I'm already looking around for a new one (and it won't be LG this time).
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This trim kit has rounded corners while the oven below does not. It looks like we bought a random trim kit and not one that matches the oven. Very poor design.

Instructions obviously written in translation and the translation is not good.
Most pieces are warped/bent.
Requires exact measurements to within 1/32 of an inch, or less ( Terrible design )

nice looks poor performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good looks only. This is the costliest microwave i ever bought. Stopped working in 3.5 years. This is the shortest life span of a microwave among many that I bought in last 25 years.
