One of the best pieces of gaming hardware I could recommend. Works wonderfully for all kinds of games. The extra buttons feel very natural after abit of practice. Works with fps and rpgs not just mmos.

What's great about it: the design and buttons are great, very comfortable
What's not so great: Durability
The 1st one I got in the mail was broken while still in the box. Called Best Buy and they had one in the mail the next day. Have been using it for 3 weeks now and the 2nd one started rattling like the 1st one and stopped working. A friend of mine has been using his for months and has had no problems. Maybe the guy that was doing the soldering was out that day. I will get another one and use it until it stops working also. I love the mouse for game play. My stats have gotten better with its use. I hope Razer reads these reviews about the durability and fixes them. Until that time I will just continue to punish myself.

What's great about it: Nothing, it's a terrible designed mouse.
What's not so great: The mouse4/5 (side mouse) buttons are situated in a way that you need to be very precise hitting them
The internal stability of this mouse is absolutely horrible. After receiving it through the mail and plugging it in I noticed a little rattle noise coming from the inside of the mouse. At first, I didn't think anything of it, but as the day progressed the mouse began making more and more rattle noises inside. By nightfall, the mouse didn't work.
You can't even get inside to fix the issue. This was the first gaming mouse I ever used and probably the last (because I'm going to go back to the 20 dollar mouse that never broke and came out of retirement when this thing went back in the box.)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Looks good, feels good, great price
What's not so great: Would be better wireless, but not a big deal
So, I'm a relative newbie to MMOs, but Star Wars: The Old Republic has sucked me in. I needed a new mouse anyway, so I started to look at gaming mouses, and was shocked by the average cost. The officially liscened mouse for the game was absolutely ridiculous. But I found this gem, with all the same functionality at a very reasonable price. With the buttons available, I can do almost everything with just the mouse. It is very precise, and the button layouts became second nature in a few hours. If you like MMOs, and you are looking to get more out of your mouse, this is an excellent choice.

Better for smaller hands

What's great about it: Red glow and pulse, lots of buttons lets keyboard hand do more.
What's not so great: Training stick ons slide off, button mapping research, awkward at first for big hands
Its a great mouse and a lot of fun, but if you have big hands you'll find it weird at first. The 2 buttons by the index finger (forward/back) are too awkward for me to hit in a fast paced gaming environment. All the thumb buttons are a blast though. At first I was thinking that hitting them all with different sides of my thumb would be strange, but it comes with little soft plastic stick ons for each button to "train" your thumb. They help a ton, but they start falling off after a bit of use. By that point though your thumb knows where the button is so its not a big issue. Mapping buttons on your mouse to buttons in games like Warcraft takes a bit of research. There is a Razor Naga addon on their website for easier key mapping, but other addons (OmniCC/ColldownCounter) don't like integrating into it so in my opinion its not worth using. All in all its a good mouse and the red glow goes great with my red glowing PC and Keyboard.

What's great about it: LED lit buttons and the user interface
What's not so great: The two buttons near the left click button took a bit to get use too ..
Its great for WOW ... the side buttons make it a breeze to slaughter Allys. Set up was simple enough ...I had to turn it down a little speed was so fast. took about a day for my hand to get use to it ..and getting it on sale was sweet also

What's great about it: easy setup
What's not so great: no adjustment on this one, but thats more common than not
Very good mmo mouse, has tons of buttons easily within reach and has sticky dots to get you used to the mouse. Great idea.

What's great about it: Ultra-smooth motion, 17 programmable buttons
What's not so great: The software is hard to figure out and the mouse takes a good month to get used to.
I bought it for gaming, but what I didn't realize is that it is also great for production. As a graphic designer by day and a gamer by night, the high resolution of the mouse makes it really easy to precisely place objects and draw lines. The number pad on the side takes a little getting used to, but once programmed can be a huge boost in shortcuts.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: 1-12 number pad on mouse and looks cool.
What's not so great: The cable needs to be broken into. It is a little stiff brand new.
This mouse can do everything a normal gaming mouse can do and more. I have seen alot of complaints dealing with the mouse and alot of people not knowing that there is a switch on the bottom of the mouse that will cure there issues to change the 1-12 number pad on the side form the current number key binds to the number pad keybinds so that you can use it to which suits you better. The mouse's cable is protected by woven nilon ( i think it is). Also two extra buttons on top to bind to whatever else you want this is a must have for MMO!

What's great about it: The look
What's not so great: Mouse button keys
My first reaction to this product was that this is way cool looking! That effect wore off quickly when I tried to use it for an MMO. The Razor mouse started to bind all the mouse key bindings to already existing number keys that I used. Ya, I know you will say that they have mods for that. Unfortunately they only have those for WoW, yet I’m not playing that game with it. I do use a G19 keyboard and maybe if I bought a Razor keyboard it would work properly with that num pad switch, however, that wasn’t the case with a G19 keyboard nor did I want to buy another 100 something dollar keyboard when I’ve still got one of the best on the market to find out if it would work. Which ever number pad I had it switched to it always recognized it as the same number pad least with my keyboard. I personally didn’t like the fact that it binded all my mouse keys to those number key pads for that I think it’s flawed and will give it a negative review. I would have preferred it to be mouse button binds instead and that’s why I returned it and kept my G500 instead. Ill just stick with my G keys and mouse buttons I’ve already got to bad I was really hoping to have them all on my mouse :{
