[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best washer I have ever owned! I put a king size comforter in it and there was still MORE room! It's like an air freshener for my house when it runs. It smells so much better than the stinky front loader I had. Anyone who doesn't rate this machine as a 5 is just crazy!!!!

Expensive Salad Spinner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The water level sensor is totally useless. There's never enough water to cover the clothes no matter which cycle I choose. My clothes are always half dry at the end of a cycle. I had a repair person look it over in case it was a factory defect. he said that it was all in working order. Great. So I'm left with an expensive salad spinner!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used this 2 cycles but so far it's a winner! I love how much I am able to fit in each cycle. What would usually be 2 loads took only 1 load to get it all washed. The machine is quiet which is important for the location on the 2nd floor. I have not figured out all the features but it was easy to start & understand for someone used to a manual machine before.
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings, Performance, easy to use

I have to say it was well worth the wait. Machine has a lot of cycles, & i have use pretty much all of them, without disappointment. From the most delicate items to heavy blankets, I was very impressed. No issues with "not enough water", or "spinning & sounding like machine was fixing to take off"....nope, nope....none of those issues like in my last machine. I absolutely LOVE my LG mega machine!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer in January because our previous washing machine had many issues (it was not and LG washer). After a long search and decision process we choose this large capacity LG washer. It’s fantastic!!! Let me begin with the color selection. Although this is a superficial feature, it was important to me that it match as close as possible to my existing dryer. The color was almost PERFECT. If you didn’t know it was different you would not notice. Next, the features on this washer. There are many wash cycles all do exactly what they advertise. The capacity of the washer makes laundry easy. It holds a lot reducing the number of times you have to go back and forth to transition the laundry. Our washer is up stairs so this feature is critical to us. Finally, I would like to mention the washer vibration control is AMAZING! As I mentioned, our washer is upstairs, while this machine is running you cannot hear it and it does not shake the floor. It is very quiet during wash cycles.
