My wife and I love this machine and the dryer that goes with it. The size capacity is awesome and the features are great. One of the nicest sets we have ever bought in 40 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While you can wash in one load what normally requires two loads, the washing action itself is abysmal. The "washer" should be called a "spinner"; that's about all it does.

I have had this less than one week and I am pretty disappointed so far. I washed a load of undies and a pair came out like it never even touched the water! Same thing happened next time I did a mixed load, everything was not clean?? The tub agitates so slowly, maybe I got a lemon. It does seem to clean large items like, King sized blankets fairly well. But, regular clothing, not so good, pet hair and lint is still stuck to fabric after "washing". The soap dispenser is ridiculous and poorly thought out for sure. One can barely pour soap into it without spilling. Maybe I need to put more in it?? Then, upon arrival the dryer cord was broken so I have to wait 2 weeks to get the dryer??
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Busted hole in wall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine 4 years ago and have had nothing but problems with it. It goes on tilt all the time. It busted a hole in my wall. Doesn’t clean the clothes well. I’ve called they’ve replaced sooooo many parts they might as have replaced the machine but they haven’t. So I finally tossed mine in the dump.

This thing can't clean itself much less clothes

I hate this thing. I swear to g-- it puts stains on my clothes. I have followed all recommendations and my clothes come out looking awful. The liquid detergent tray stays full of water and has to be emptied every time i use it. My clothes don't get clean.

It is perfect, quiet, and leaves clothes super clean. It's the best LG model out there. I hate to wash, but this one has me loading it up just to see the amazing technology at work. So in love with this product!!!

Have had this washer for about one mo. Clothes are clean, but I can't figure out how it washes. Barely has water in it and agitates hardly at all. The clothes don't move around. Washed some rugs and the water was maybe 1-2 ". No way was it washing all of them. How can it be energy efficient if it takes 3 hrs. to wash? With all the settings, I usually wash everything on towels just to get them done and out.
I'm not sure about this new washer yet. I need feedback from the person who made this thing.
