Great except for the very low under light

I am very disappointed with the very low under light . I bought this microwave from Best Buy. The picture showed two light bulbs . My microwave only has one light bulb and it is very very low even at the highest setting . Did I receive a bad oven ? Can this be fixed? Please let me know

Cons: Did not meet expectations, very low under light

Couple of issues found with this model

I found that if I hit the stuff for couple of minutes many times it heats high and microwave shuts off automatically. During that few minute period, microwave just does not work. After cooling off after few minutes it starts automatically. This is very annoying and found very hard to understand, why even after less usage it needs to shut off.
I also noticed that the clock does not work as expectedly and it resets after some time and every time needs to set up again.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

We had a new home built and had all Samsung devices put in - dishwasher, range, microwave, and refrigerator. On the range, the knobs have broken off for a second time in two years. They keep cracking at the plastic piece that turns the gas off and on. This is the whole set of 5. On the microwave, the handle to the door has completely broken off. With the dishwasher, if you can call it that, there is constantly an issued with the dishes actually getting clean. I've made the decision to start replacing my Samsung devices as they fail with non Samsung prodeucts. I'm sure this will be cheaper in the long run instead of having to buy new pieces and get repairs done on a regualr basis.

Has all the features I use normally and is 1100 watts which is a real plus.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: plastic materials used in door area

Rattling(ly) Expensive

Pros: This is a beautiful mcrowave with rugged features. It has a thick and sturdy handle - something that I looked for since my last microwave handle came off. This is my first microwave with a rack, but I elected to remove it due to a problem with these types of ovens getting crumbs/trash in the rack supports, causing it to spark. Keep it clean, and you shouldn't have a problem. We just dont use it.
Cons: This was a fairly pricey microwave, so I expected sterling performance. Unfortunately, the first thing we noticed, was a rattling noise as it cooked. The next, and most disappointing, is the clear coat over the buttons began wearing off ony after a few months of use. And finally, the timer/clock display is too dim to see accross the kitchen.
Pros: Durable
Cons: Poor quality, rattling noise, dim display, button decals fade

This microwave does everything

My only complaint about it is that the stainless steel on the door came lose after 1 month and I had to gorilla glue it back on. Killed the illusion for me a little bit.

Died in 3 years

I must say I expected a longer life from this unit. It died almost exactly 3 years from install. It just blacked out and gave up the ghost. I loved it while it lived, but I need one that will live longer.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, quit working in 3 years
