Nice looking & easy to use

Had to replace a 10 year old model. This model is so much more quiet than our old microwave! It is very easy to use and quite powerful. The installation instructions were very clear & we had no problem installing it. I only wish the surface light were brighter.
Pros: ease of use
Cons: surface light is weak

Wonderful Microwave

This is a high end product that did not come with a high end cost. There are more features than I have ever had and that has led to more experimentation with different foods which were never considered for the microwave before.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable

Good All round microwave

I purchased this after my last microwave decided to stop heating food. It is an over the range unit, which I installed myself very easily. Set up was easy as was the learning curve on cooking food. It heats up evenly and has a number of pre-programmed cook settings.
Pros: Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this product in a combo package frig, conventional oven, and microwave.. I bought it in november, but I didn't open my appliances until early February when my remodeling was complete. The Refrigerator was gorgeous and months later the stainless steel look had faded, a cosmetic deffect, the microwave was the first to go bad as the display faded, no lie within one month... I am a die hard Samsung fan and consumer of their 3D L.E.D televisions, 3D plasma and blu-ray players.. I own these products, but the experience of Home Appliances, has really upset me and depressed my wife..
Pros: Bright display, classy design, high end look, products worked miracles
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, broke down fast too fast
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have has this MW a short time, but very effective unit. Easy to install, and sleek design. Many of the features that we have come to expect in a quality microwave.

We love our new Microwave. It performs great. We purchased a Samsung Refrigerator 3 years ago and loved it so when we upgraded our appliances we went with all Samsung. Even my TV is a Samsung.

This microwave looks great above our stove and oven. It works well and has quite a few options. The only problem is the light to shine on the stove below is not very bright. Other than that...we love it!
