Under light goes off and on by itself. If I open and shut the door it will turn back on...dim...then off, repeat process until it stays on as the button won't work when it does this. Random beeps and a zero displays until you open door or push random buttons to restart. Clock is off after a day, then will work fine for a week or more. We have many samsung products as we generally trust the brand but this has been frustrating.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wish the display could be adjusted for brightness. Other than that a Very nice microwave.

The set cooking times for different foods are great and work good. The buttons are getting harder to push (they are the flat soft kind) and it is rather noisy.

Microwave needed

After losing my other microwave to a power surge after SANDY, we needed a new microwave. We decided on Samsung do to all of our Samsung products operating so well. Some reviews I read said this didn't last more then a month or two before having problems, but I went ahead and ordered it anyway. We had to wait, as appliances were flying out of the stores after the storm. We are very pleased with this product, it hasn't given us any problems, even after heavy daily use.
Pros: excellent microwave

I am so happy with this microwave & it heats, cooks food so quickly. It's spacious. Love the bright LED lights underneath to light up the stove area. Easy to use.
