Best Indoor Antenna Ever!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried many indoor antenna's but the Antenna's Direct Micron-XG with in line amplifier works the best.
I received more channels and stronger signal strength than other indoor antennas that I have tried in the past.
Assembly was quick, easy and straight forward. Just point the antenna towards the broadcasting tower, scan for channels, and your done!
I highly recommend the Antenna's Direct Micron-XG with In-Line Amplifier.

I tried the Philips Sdv6225 18Db Hdtv/Uhf/Vhf Indoor Hd Antenna at first. The television scanned two digital channels with it placed on the window sill, powered on, and with full gain. So, I returned that and picked up an Antennas Direct ClearStream Amplified Indoor Digital TV Antenna (CSM1-XG-CN). The television scanned twenty seven digital channels and one analog channel even without power and thus no amplification. Best of all, this antenna did not need to be placed on the window sill. So, basically, I would recommend that you save yourself the time and hassle of experimenting with lower quality alternatives and just get one of these. The picture and audio quality is amazing and I would highly recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a great indoor antenna.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took me 10 minutes to assemble. I set it on the table next to my TV in the bedroom. I pointed it towards the window. I live 25 miles north of Charlotte, NC in the suburbs. I get 22 channels, including all four major networks. There are additional channels like Grit (Westerns) and a couple of Nostalgic stations with Johnny Carson era TV shows.

On Super Bowl Sunday we where having one of our western PA snowstorms and sure enough the satellite went out. I switched to my new OTA antenna and we where back in the game. Even though no Steelers, the party went on.

To get the most stations I need two positions .. this antenna must be repositioned to get the most stations. It works well in both directions but not without being repositioned.

I bought this to 'replace' the 'fringe antenna' (Lowe's) I have mounted in the attic hoping to get better/stronger signal. Lost some of the channels that the 'f-a' could pick up Hooked the f-a back up and moved this antenna to the shop. Again the antenna being replaced, in this case an 'RCA' model (Best Buy) picked up channels that this one didn't. The channels I got in both case were incredibly clear, I'll give it that. And the signal appeared stronger than either the 'f-a's or the 'RCA's but I wasn't getting all the stations I was accustomed to watching. Experiment with an unhappy ending.
