Bought Feb. 2015, was ok for couple months, now one gets done the other almost like a slice of bread
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very disappointed

I bought this 4 slice toaster about 2 weeks ago (Oct. 2016) and have been sooooo disappointed. Cord is way too short. One side pops up just fine. Other side does not pop up and I have to use the "STOP" button. I even tested by putting one piece of bread in one slot on the left and one piece in one spot on the right. The one on the left popped up, but the one on the right did not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

New & right into the Garbage!

This Sunbeam toaster doesn't work. It's so incredibly cheap &, as others have witnessed, the flimsy plastic levers to push down the bread do not go down - on "either" side - NOT Acceptable design or quality. I will avoid your products in the future.

Longest lasting Toaster we ever had

We bought the white 4 Slice Toaster in 2005, when we built our home in Ohio. It needs replaced now. Looking for another white Sunbeam 4 slice toaster, never had a toaster last longer than 5 years. The new one has to be a Sunbeam.
I would recommend this to a friend!

worst toaster I ever owned

First. It takes so long to toast any bread. Second, the levers don't remain down. You have to push them really slowly. Third, when you finally get the toast, its unevenly toasted. basically a light weight junk.

its not worth the money/left side won't stay down

i bought this about 10 months ago left side not stay down/now i got it to stay down but it won't pop back up by its self have to do it by lifting handle
