Quiet and Efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: The design is sleek and modern and fits well in our kitchen. This is the quietest dishwasher we have owned and the wash times are comparatively short with excellent results. The top controls are easy to navigate and invisible when the door is closed. The door closes itself when released. The half load option is helpful for small loads. We have noticed little difference in cleaning performance with large or small load.
Cons: While the door closes itself, it takes a bit more muscle to open it and the door must be opened all the way to keep it open. The door flexes a bit when it is opened and seems a tad flimsy. Often when we open the door, the machine is still on (though the cycle is complete) and must be manually switched off. Some of our utensils will not fit in the utensils lots.
All things considered the machine performs well, is very quiet, cleans our dishes well and is a good value. We have owned for about a month so we can't comment on how it will perform over time.

It was difficult to start, but.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After we first installed we had a difficult time getting the controls to work. After a bit of frustrating fiddling we finally got it working.
After running for 2 weeks I'm impressed. Good cleaning, quiet running. Only part I don't like is when you pull the lower drawer out it can be become misaligned and hard to slide back in due to large gap between door and unit.

Rack spacing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does a very good job of cleaning but the tines do not allow an efficient combination of pots, large pans and dishes. Our Kitchenaid had a much more flexible rack and tine setup. Bosch needs to improve this feature. Bosch also needs to install a small light on the front of the diswasher that lets you know that the cycle is either running or complete. Just an audio is insufficient.

Extraordinary

Top Rack Loading Problems

Most all my glassware and coffee cups have concave bottoms. My prior dishwasher enable me to load them at such an angle that the water drained off the bottom after the wash, and the the bottom was dry when I removed them. I can't seem to do this with your rack configuration.
