Good dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher works well; it should since it's a Bosch. The short cycles are worthless. I realize I purchased the "lower" end model but it would have been nice if even the base model had an info light to show you when the wash is done.

Very quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is very quiet and cleans the dishes very well. It has plenty of wash settings to choose from. My only complaint is that it can be hard to tell when it's done washing. It beeps when it's done, but I'd prefer a notification light that's easily seen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher because it received excellent ratings from Consumer Reports. We've had it for about 3 months and it's working very well. The only negative I can think of is that it's difficult to tell when it is done - the only way to know is the chime/beep at the end of the load, and that only works if you happen to be nearby when it finishes. It's also a little confusing to get it to resume a load if you accidentally interrupt it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So quiet, easy to manage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lovely unit, easy to clean filter, silverware rack is nicely done. Hard to know when the cycle is finished if you step away and don't hear the beeps.

Great Replacement Appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our original DW of another make suffered a major electronic failure much too early in life to lead us to replace it with the same brand. Bosch has the highest ratings; the price was very reasonable and the unit works beautifully. I like the simplicity of design which bodes well for longevity.

Great but strange sound design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All our dishes get clean with this nice dishwasher. The only complaint we have is that it beeps whenever you open and close it EXCEPT after you press the start button and close it, in which case it does not beep, so you don't know if it started or not. Also it is strange there is no way to tell whether the cleaning is done or not. So the communication functionality of this diswasher is off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
