Goes direct;y to clean after 2 minutes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 5 years ago. I use it maybe 3 to 4 times per moth. Up until 2 weeks ago worked fine but. Going to see if I can get it serviced for a reasonable price if not I will not take my chances on th same brand

Efficient, well-designed, and super-quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've owned this for less than a month, so I can't comment on long-term reliability. However, it's been a real pleasure to use so far. It's so quiet we can't even tell it's on! The adjustable top dish rack is also a great feature -- we've moved it down a level but can change that if we have a big pot on the bottom rack. Everything is cleaned beautifully. The racks themselves also seem better designed than those in our last machine -- it feels as if more dishes fit into the space. We wish it had a quick rinse cycle, but that's it, so we may experiment with using the half load cycle instead of waiting to fill a full one. We may also buy a small holder for small plasticware that we'd like to put in the top rack. But, overall, the features are great and it cleans a large amount of dishes well. We're very happy with it.

Quiet and no fuss

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my old Kitchen-Aid dishwasher because it required me to basically clean the dishes by hand and often still left one or two dirty anyway. This new one is quiet and does a great job. It doesn’t have quite the capacity of my last one it seems, but I don’t miss that.

I'm not Impressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited, I really thought I would be wowed. This dishwasher is not easy to load; I'm bending a lot and the silverware is cumbersome to load on the side. After loading, the front handle is hard to reach. Where do wine glasses go? on the plus side, this really cleans and is as quiet as promised.

CLEANS WELL

Although this model cleans well and is quiet, it lacks some features. The utensil basket is the smallest that I have ever encountered in a dishwasher. How the machine loads is awkward for me. An "on" light located on the outside of the machine would let me know that it's running because it's so quiet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
