Awesome machine

When you buy a Dishwasher you expect it wash the dishes and to dry them efficiently. This machine does more than that it’s very quiet and looks good in my kitchen. I should’ve upgraded my dishwasher years ago!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not pleased at all. This is a high end machine which translates into a high price. Sometimes it’s quiet, sometimes not. The stainless steel tub is supposed to heat up to help dry the dishes. It doesn’t do that. OFTEN times the dishes have wetness. The tub doesn’t seem to throw out additional heat. And today when I was emptying the dishes (that were washed last night) I observed the UPPER spray arm drip some water. Really? I thought I’d be REALLY happy with it. I’m not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced an ancient failing Kitchenaid builtin dishwasher with this Bosch Ascenta. It has been doing its work for about a month now, and we are thoroughly satisfied.
It might be in part because of how old the old one was, but boy is this unit quiet!
We also love the condensation, not an electric heating element, drying method.
We highly recommend this unit.

disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model was top rated by Consumer Reports which is why I bought it, but it has been a disappointment for me. It cleans well, but it's got some problems. The rinse aide dispenser leaks causing me to run out of rinse aid after only 1 or 2 washes. My wife uses 20 oz tall beer glasses for her smoothies but I can find no part of the dishwisher that will support these tall glasses with stability. I have to be very carefull opening and closing the door when they are in the washer else they fall over. I must also be carefull pulling the lower drawer out as there is a gap between the door bottom and the inside drawer track that causes the drawer to dip down while pulling out. I also had difficulty registering the model although I think I was able to do that.

Incredible Cleaning Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our new Bosch dishwasher now for about a month and we've thrown practically everything at it as a test and I must say, we are so happy with this product. I checked machine comparisons and ratings with a leading consumer guide and out of all the tests they conducted - this model performed better than many machines even a few hundred dollars more expensive. That was all the info we needed to make our decision and we love it. Our old machine - we had to practially wash the dishes before loading them or they would not get clean. This machine cleans everything. And our glassware. . . ? Incredible sparkle. We're very happy with this dishwasher.

A dishwashing workhorse

Two small improvements would make this dishwasher so much better:
1) an indicator light that lets you know the machine is in the process of cleaning dishes and when it is finished. This Bosch is so quiet that it is hard to tell!
