Quiet like a mouse!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit a month ago, and I am so happy that I did. I checked Consumer Reports about this model, and it said nice things. It is quiet and uses much less water than my old machine. things come out of it sterile!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The cleanest dishes ever!!

Cleans great - Loads terrible

I am 69 years old so I have loaded many a dishwasher and in my opinion this has one of the worst loading patterns I have ever seen. Anything other than various plate sizes are hard to fit. I would not buy this dishwasher again because of that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good for the Price

This thing is so quite and does a great job cleaning dishes. I would recommend it to anyone looking to replace or add a dishwasher to their kitchen

Runs with very little noise

The door has a solid feel and, with the controls on the top of the door, the dishwasher has a simple and clean look. However, we are not able to use the dividers, on the silverware holder, because the handles on a lot of our silverware is too wide. Still trying to figure out the best way to stack dishes on the racks. Odd size dishes don't fit so well. However, the amount of room available allows for everything to fit somewhere.

So far, so good...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased about a month ago, and so far is doing a good job cleaning the dishes (which is what it's supposed to do). Too early to recommend it to a friend, but if things stay this way for next 7-10 years, sure. Picked this unit for the reasonable price compared to others, Bosch's reputation for dishwashers and Consumer Reports ratings.
Few things to note:
1) Lower rack easily slips out of the guides on the door when you are pulling the rack out and then you need to fiddle with it to get it back on the door properly. Getting better with practice, but seems like it would be a minor design adjustment to make the guide better.
2) Not a big deal, but this unit has a manual filter - need to take it out periodically and clean it
3) Interior / racks seem a bit smaller than the unit it replaced (both fit into the same under counter space)

Disappointed with my Bosch

We bought a Bosch SHX3AR75UC/22 two months ago because of the reviews and recommendations of others to buy a Bosch. The machine is quiet and does wash dishes well, but we have two major complaints. First, The beeping indicating that the cycle is done, that goes on for two hours, unless you physically turn the machine off, is annoying. It is particularly annoying since, according to the Bosch customer service representative, the beeping cannot be dismantled! Our model does not allow it. Second, the layout of both the top and bottom trays is horrible. The tines are too close and every which way. The machine is not easy to load. I was sorry to have bought this unit and was much happier with my old, cheaper dishwasher.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very low noise with superior washing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using for a few weeks now and am very impressed with the washing ability with this model. Because it runs so silently, I actually have to look for the red light to make sure it is running!
