Works very well and so quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently redid our whole kitchen. This dishwasher was rated highly on Consumer Reports. We had it installed and they were done in no time at all! I love it and have no complaints about it. When it first starts up there is maybe 10-20 seconds when the water is pumping in when there is some minor noise but besides that, this is a solid purchase. 5 stars!

Great cleaning, awkward loading

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I follow the scrape/don't rinse practice in getting dishes ready for the dishwasher. The machine gets them clean every time, unlike my previous machine. The drying, even of plastics, is excellent as well.
I'm not happy with the design of the racks. I would call them over-designed with too many pins arranged for many plates and saucers of different sizes but awkward for bowls and too close together for mixing and serving bowls in a family that does a lot of home cooking. The fact that the silverware rack can be moved around and even folded in half into a square configuration is some help but we still had an easier time loading our old machine.

Our 2003 Bosch dishwasher was better

The stacking is poor. With our 2003 dishwasher we could stack wine glasses conveniently.Who were the Yahoos who made it only possible to stack tall stemend wine glasses? The bottomm rack on this washer is poorly designed. Also, this washer does not dry as well as our old machine.We never had to use a rinse agent. I guess your designers have to do something to justify their jobs. Because of the Covid-19 pandemic we bought the washer sight unseen. Not sure we would of bought it if we had seen it onsite somewhere . It cleans the dishes well but so did our 2003 washer. My wife thinks the wash cycles are longer. I gave it three stars she wanted to give it two.

Nice looking

I've had this for nearly 2 months now. It looks good and really cleans the dishes well, but there must be some trick to setting the dying cycle because the dishes are never fully dry. There's also a strange odor even with clean dishes.

Quiet, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just purchased this dishwasher, and after the first use, the door would no longer latch properly. It will run, but sometimes stops mid-cycle and needs the door to be pushed to continue the cycle. Disappointed to have to call for service after less than a week. Bought this brand after seeing high reliability rating in Consumer Reports.

Great dishwasher, strange design, smaller capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is no problem with this dishwasher as far as cleaning goes. It's better than any dishwasher I've owned, and I've gone through about four of them so far. The only complaint is the design of the tines. Most of them are angled instead of straight up and down, so it makes it difficult to load. This dishwasher is also quite a bit smaller capacity, which was our fault for not checking....I assumed most dishwashers were the same. It is super quiet, though.

SUPER Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a 3 year old hardly used GE that broke down. This thing cleans WAY better than the old one, and it is so quiet, I have to keep checking the lights to make sure it is on!
