Cleans Quietly and Efficiently

Poorly designed and engineered

The base plate is not flush with the base of the cabinetry. It is receded 1.5” from my cabinets’ base plate even though it was professionally installed. When I questioned the installer, he told me it was a poor design by BOSCH and I should call them to see if they had an alternate base plate or an extender to bring the base plate forward. Besides looking bad, dirt can find its way into the voids on both sides of the dishwasher. I sent an email to BOSCH Customer Support and they would not acknowledge the problem and then never responded to my followup email seeking an answer. Also, the front stainless steel front is WARPPED/BUCKLED away from the front frame. So it wobbles. It is hard to believe - however true - that Bosch engineered something so poorly to sell to consumers.

You can't beat BOSCH

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently remodelled the kitchen in our vacation house. There was little question about the dishwasher since the BOSCH we bought 20+ years ago was still going stong. After reading Consumer Reports, we decided on the SHX3AR75UC without hesitation. I can say that it was the best decision that we made. It is hard to believe but the Ascenta is actually quieter than our old BOSCH because it is really quiet. Even better, it does a excellent job by quickly cleaning our dishes and glassware spot free. So don't anguish over what dishwasher to buy; just buy a BOSCH, you can't go wrong.

Quiet and excellent cleaning machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Going from what my wife and I had before we bought our Bocsh, owning one has made washing the dishes so much easier. With the different modes the Bosch has as well as the water pressure, we having had a single load come out w a single dirty dish.

Clean those dishes

Especially when I make lasagna. I am very pleased with my purchase. This was a Consumers Report recomended unit.

Very Quiet Wash, Reasonable Price

Unit is very quiet, sometimes making it difficult to tell if it is turned on since buttons are "hidden" when door is closed. Would definitely reccomend. Only four stars becasue we just purchased unit and cannot opine on reliability.
