[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, an effective, well priced appliance. The only thing I dislike is the beeping. I cannot find an explanation in the user manual for the purpose of the beeping nor can I turn it off.

Big improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first, I was unsure about this Bosch dishwasher--it was so different from the 10 year old American-built dishwasher that I had before. Now that I know how to load it properly and am familiar with the settings, I'll never go back.
The trick to this dishwasher is in letting the racks guide you as to how it should be loaded.
Once you realize how your pots, lids, plates, glasses, etc. fit in the racks, you'll find that dishes come out clean more consistently and you'll use less soap in the process.
The control panel will likely be hidden by your counter (...it's on the top edge of the door!), so you'll need to listen for the beeps that let you know when the dishes are done.
This works so well that I may get a second for my basement apartment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second Bosch dishwasher I have owne...the first one I installed when my son was infant...We just got a new one ...my son is 15 now....Great dishwasher....very quiet and does a very good job of cleaning and sanitizing the dishes....I think this is the best dishwasher brand on the market in terms of cleaning capacity and longevity.
