Quiet but Poor Basket Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is the most quiet of the two dishwashers I previously owned. That said, the utensil basket should be located on the door rather than on the lower dish rack. It takes up too much space on the rack making it a challenge to accommodate cereal bowls and dinner plates as well as pots. I find myself having to wash more often since it accommodates less dishes than my previous dish washers. Given the price, I thought it should have a rinse only feature which comes in handy when you want to limit the odor between dish washing events.

CRACKED PLASTIC PANEL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THIS DISHWASHER IS GREAT EXCEPT FOR THE PLASTIC PANEL ON TOP OF THE DOOR. IT CRACKED COMPLETELY FROM TOP TO BOTTOM SOON AFTER THE 1-YEAR WARRANTY HAD EXPIRED. SEEMS TO BE A COST CUTTING DESIGN THAT FAILED. IT IS A SHAME THIS HAS HAPPENED, BECAUSE THE WASHER DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB ON MY DISHES.

wow! what a stench

Bought newly built home and this dishwasher already installed. Has a terrible odour I cannot get rid of - no reason why. Scrubbed out filters etc but as noted by previous reviews apparently it is a common problem. Also loading is an issue - all right if you just have plates but no cereal bowls will fit in the bottom rack, the spaces are too small in between. I will be getting rid of and purchasing new dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher was so disappointing on so many levels. The inside design was terrible. Unfortunately, I didn't realize it until I got it home and went to load it. Holds half the dishes that my other dishwasher did. Plenty of room for plates but that was about it. No room for cereal bowls, pans or even glassware. Definetly not good for a family of four. The bottom rack kept falling off the track and one of the wheels actually popped off too. The wash cycles lasted well over an hour even on the half load option, and when they were finished, the dishes were sopping wet. It didn't take me very long to return it to the store, and I knew from the first load that it wasn't for me. I even resorted to washing dishes by hand until we found a new one. Only reason I gave it 1 star was that it was quiet, and the outside of it was really nice looking other than that it was really disappointing for me!

No drying cycle.

I would not have bought this dishwasher if I had known it did not have a drying cycle. When selecting a dishwasher, it never entered my mind to see if it had a drying cycle - I thought that was a standard. Now, I get to dry the dishes every time I wash them. Not happy.

Nice looking appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm trying very hard to get used to the racks. I absolutely hate the silverware holder. Only 2 places to place it and the shape of the holder is odd. Bottom of holder is not flat. It's rigid and compartment are too small. Also no matter which cycle I use, the cups are always wet on top
