Very good, dependable dishwasher; sometimes smelly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Bosch SHE3AR55UC has served us dependably for over three years now. One of my favorite features is the ability to delay the start of the wash 3, 6, or 9 hours, so that the dishwasher can do its thing overnight.
It's pretty quiet, and gets the dishes clean, at least if they've already had the tough stuff removed in the sink.
When we run plastic plates and Tupperware through it, though, they usually still have to be towel dried when emptying the dishwasher.
Our least favorite aspect of it is the fact that every couple of weeks, it smells to high heaven when you open it. We're not completely sure why that happens.
The stainless steel face allows you to get it nice and clean.
We'd buy this dishwasher again, though. We're pretty happy with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Better than exspected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had for a day, but looking good. Used the half wash. I was not sure when it had finished, because it was no longer making a noise, but there was no change the the display lights

Horrible product!

We bought this dishwasher trusting the Bosch name brand and supposed quality products. Boy were we wrong. This is a horrible dishwasher. Like others have stated it has a disgusting odor after washing. Dishes are never dry...ever!! Their is no rhyme or reason to how you are supposed to load the dishes and nothing seems to fit right. The instruction manual does not clearly state any clear method to help with loading it either. We bought it before moving into our house so didn't get a chance to use it until after the return period had expired otherwise I certainly would have returned it. Unfortunately don't have the extra money to buy another one at this time so am stuck with it for the time being. I will most likely never buy another Bosch product because of this dishwasher. Definitely not worth the money that you pay and it was not cheap. The only positive thing I can say about it is that it is relatively quiet but takes way too long for a regular load. It's over two hours! Again I am extremely disappointed with this product and would never recommend it to anyone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This dishwasher is horrible on every level. Designed for someone who only uses plates for every meal. Longest run time ever!!
Stinky wet dishes were the end product of a two hour wash. I think if you do not care about the cleanliness of your dishes and care more about quite then this is the dishwasher for you.
I hand washed every dish after they came out of this dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] please seperate your instructions to be model specifate, e.g. model with digital display. & without diplay (led ind. lts for display) of mode, time selection & temp. don't combine instructions for different models together. seperate instructions for Digital display, then seperate instructions for RED led ind. lts.
if you have differnt model #, then you should include a seperate model operators instructions. very confusing for seniors to mix 2 models together-----Digital display & individual ind. leds !! TRY it with us seniors! Thank You. r a murray
