Very happy with my purchase!!

I initially ordered a Whirpool. I subsequently spoke to several friends and they said go with the Bosch you won't regret it. I cancelled my order and went with the Bosch. A friend offered to install the washer for me. There were several issues during installation. Needless to say, I started to think I should have stayed with the Whirlpool. Installation was complete, I was not happy. I contacted Bosch as apparently something that didn't work was due to a faulty screw for the foot plate. The Simon, the service technician arrived at my home 2 days later and narrowed the arrival time down to 2 hours, which worked out perfect. He arrived right on time and was very pleasant and EXTREMELY helpful. Turns out everything was perfect with the washer. I pointed out areas of my concern in the lineup of the machine. Well, the screw worked perfectly and he pointed out a couple of twicks were required to address my concerns of the lineup. This gentleman not only affirmed I had made the right decision in purchasing the BOSCH, but, he left me feeling grateful that I had purchased a machine from a company that cares about their customer. Thank you BOSCH for standing behind your product even when it was the customer's fault. I am extremely happy with my purchase and my installers error provided the opportunity to see the background workings of your great product/company. I couldn't feel more comfortable with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has its moments whether the machine will turn on or not. When it does, it does not clean very well.
