Cleans well but needs more space for taller items

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher was definitely an upgrade from my previous Amana. My only complaints are that the top rack is not tall enough for my stemmed wine glasses to stand up. You have to basically tilt them sideways and it takes up way too much space in the rack. As for the bottom, you can't fit any taller platters or cutting boards without the washing arm running into them so that's out as well.. I also think having the silverware rack attached to the door is a space saver- this model has the silverware basket on the right side- also limiting space for plates. It's nice that the run times are shorter. (About 2 hours) but I would have liked more space for the tall stuff.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The money spent on this dishwaser seems to be well worth it. It appears to be a well-built appliance and is very quiet. The only issue I have is that the inside layout allows for a lot fewer dishes than our old dishwaher did. With a family of 4 you will be running it at least every other day.

Cleans well enough

If you don't run the dishwasher the same day as you dirtied the dishes, there may be some spots not so clean. Did not figure out a rinse only cycle yet, but do sometimes run a quick short cycle if I don't think I am going to run it the same day. No more need to hit the NO heat dry on the machine as there is none, every cycle is run that way anyway, but you may want to empty with your dishtowel handy as everything will need drying. Not that quiet either, but the kids can still sleep through it so it's tolerable. Great to have a time delay, that lets you set it and still run bath time before the machine kicks in. I am NOT crazy about the very skinny spaces in the bottom dish rack, my plates barely fit and doesn't allow much space in between. Hard to load bowls too because of the narrow space. No the helpful video on the website was not that helpful to teach you the best way to load this machine. Still getting used to it a month+ later but it mostly cleans well enough.

Great Purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is truly the best dishwasher I've owned. Gets dishes sweetly clean. Very quiet. Love that it has an outside timer to tell you when it will be done. And packs a multitude of dishes really well, if you bother to figure out what best goes where. I actually enjoy loading it! It's like doing a puzzle - but in a good way. Also doesn't break the bank. Would definitely recommend.

This dishwasher is super quite and works wonderfully. No more crud on glass wear! I also like the ability to adjust the top shelf; this has allowed us to be more efficient in filling it up.

Love the Ascenta Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched brands and settled on the economy Ascenta as rated by Consumer Reports. This basic Bosch does everything I need in a dishwasher. It is quiet and does a perfect job in cleaning. The cycle is longer than in my old GE, but water use is less. It seems to operate efficiently. It is about 2 months in use.
