Good unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dishwasher is well built and quiet. The negatives include having to select the wash cycle each time it's used. The unit automatically defaults to an eco- cycle which doesn't clean the dishes. Like most new dishwashers it does dry the dishes well. The racks have times that are too closely spaced making it difficult to load which requires using the machine more often.

FANTASTIC!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We initally were hesitant to purchase a new appliance during our botched reno, but I have to say, this was the light at the end of the tunnel. It's the perfect size for our family. I love the locking feature to keep our kids out of it. The dishes ALWAYS come out clean, even when darling husband puts a day old plate smeared with pasta sauce in it. I highly recommend this product to everyone and anyone in the market for a dishwasher. It's a game changer, life changer!

It's OK

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's OK but it doesn't measure up to the 14 year old Kenmore it replaced. It is quiet but it takes longer to was the dishes and longer to dry the dishes. I am supposed to be saving a ton on my water and electricity usage but I can't really tell that my bills are going down.

Easy to install and very quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to try installing this dishwasher on my own and it was super easy, especially since it came with a power cord that you just snap right into the back of the machine, instead of having to connect the wires. It has all the various running programs a person could need and is really quiet.

Basically happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Series 500 is doing a great job, and i continue to be amazed at how quiet it runs. Cleans and dries well. My only complaint is that i find the middle shelf difficult to load, compared to the old Kenmore. Maybe it's just me ... I suppose it takes time to get used to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleaning is excellent, drying is ok, it doesn't dry a good as my previous dishwasher. The dishracks are terrible!!!!! They are not designed for American dishes!!!!!

Incredibly Efficient Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I love our new dishwasher. Stylish yes, but more importantly is the ability to hold and adjust to all the different dishes we have. We also love the delicate setting that allows us to get our Reidel wine glasses spotless without all the labor! (One catch, however, is the drying cycle (without a heating element) caught us off guard as when the timer reached zero we were initially dismayed with all the water left in the machine. However we quickly noticed that the dishes/glasses/flatware itself was clean and dry immediately and if we waited another hour the whole tub was dry too. Not a big deal if you're doing a cycle overnight like we do...but I do wish that it was better explained in the manual.
