Such a quiet dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy we picked this one. We love this dishwasher. It is much quieter than the one we replaced. We really like the controls on the front of the panel, instead of on the top edge of the door, like so many are. So many settings to choose from! I like to run the pet dishes through the dishwasher on the Sanitize setting. Really great dishwasher.

Disappointing Racks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was offered this dishwasher from Bosch as a replacement for my previous dishwasher which caught on fire. I wish I had taken the time to go to a showroom to look at it. The rear plate dividers on the lower rack are too close to each other to hold our everyday Dansk dishes with have a 3/4" profile. The fit fine in the front area of the rack but this mean I have to move the cutlery holder to the back. Also, when loaded, the weight is all in the front of the rack so when you pull the rack out, the front wheels can easily drop into the gap between the dishwasher and the open drawer. The upper rack also siginificantly changed with too many angled areas that a large glass will not sit on without falling over. When buying a new dishwasher, I receommend taking a few dishes and glasses/mugs to a store to make sure they will fit.

Didn't work out of the box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I installed it the kick-space plate did not fit. I sent them an email and they ignored me. Then when I tried to use it the instructions didn't work. So I had to figure it out by trial and error. Again, they ignored me. After six months it does not work at all.

DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher after reading the great reviews. But highly disappointed. The drainage pump failed within an year. After the warranty period, electronic board gone bad. We get E01 error message everytime if we leave even small amount of food residue in our dishes. Then you have to manually empty the water and clean the drain. Only positive point on this dishwasher is less noise while in operation .

14 months old with bad door locking design

Purchased 10/2015, it worked great through warranty. Then at 13th mo. the door started popping open during wash. Replaced latch, still the same problem. Turns out the top of the tub is not sturdy enough to keep it latched. Now i have ordered a tub stiffener and hoping that works.

Very quiet.

It took awhile to adjust how to load it because it is quite different than the Whirlpool it replaced. But, once adjusted, it is a very good product (especially given the price). It cleans better but dries not as well as our last machine.Her

Disappointed in cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to purchase this dishwasher/ my current dishwasher was 13 years old. It was an inexpensive off-brand which was very noisy. But it did get my dishes super clean and spotless. This dishwasher is very quiet but the dishes are not clean. The glasses are cloudy. I use the cleaning products recommended. Don't understand what could be wrong
