Almost perfect

I wish it would show the dishes inside are clean when a cycle is over instead of just turning off. The person who turned the cycle knows hours later that the dishes inside are clean, but others don't.

Does its job very well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install. Dishwasher does what its supposed to do, and does it very well. I did not go top of the line, so its a bit noisier than I would like, but at the price I paid I'll take it. I had Bosch appliances in my home while living in Australia. Been back in the US for a few years now and I am happy to replace my current appliances with Bosch as they die.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this model because a leading consumer magazine rated Bosch dishwashers highly. This model was not rated but is similar to the Bosch SHX3AR75UC. It's a budget-priced dishwasher that scores highly for cleaning, drying and quiet operation. I like it for simplicity of operation. It's default setting is auto wash, which takes just over 2 hours. I use this setting the most. I like that it indicates when you need to add rinse aid. Although you can change the height of the top rack, I haven't because I often put large dishes and pots in the bottom rack. The short quick-start guide shows how to load the dishwasher. This was helpful as the racks or designed differently than my previous dishwasher. One quibble I have is that the utensil holder is one long basket, so I can't separate it to make more room for dishes. More expensive models have more features. But I don't feel I need the extra features. I heartily recommend this product.

Love Bosch - they are so quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first new dishwasher in 29 years. I am so pleased with its performance. I just scraped and load. I love the number of cycles to choose from and how quiet it is. I hit the start button 3 times before I realized it was working.
