[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like our dishwasher but are very unhappy with the rack set up especially the bottom rack. Difficult to load. We requested a manual but have not received it yet.

Great dishwasher

I use my dishwasher 3 or so times a week. Even at 50 decibels, I find it very quiet. It works perfect for the two of us and it is a good appliance for the money. I bought the warranty, but I'm not sure why. It's covered for a year anyway. Very pleased.

Love the third utensil rack and it's so quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This one replaced a previous Bosch which lasted about 13 years. Love the stainless steel tub, no heating element in the bottom, the skinny basket along the side instead of the boxy utensil basket in the middle of the bottom rack. Have to get used to the different configuration to maximize efficient placement of plates, bowls, pots, and misc items. One thing I'm not too crazy about is the skinny utensil rack which latches onto the side of the bottom rack and hits the rubber gasket every time I move the rack in and out to load it. Minor negative, love it overall. And it's so quiet, you really need the red light that shines on the floor when it's on. Glad it's energy-star rated because no matter what setting I use it seems to take around 2 hours to complete a cycle. And I really like the door that pops open at the end of the cycle to allow air drying. You do have to sop up the water that doesn't evaporate (eg.coffee cups) but that's minor.

We are very happy with this purchase. The dishes are always sparkling clean and the dishwasher is quiet. I like having the panel on the outside where I can see where it is in the cycle. We also received great instructions on how to clean the filters and maintain the dishwasher.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the dishwasher in april 2020. It worked beautifully for 3 months. Very quiet. Long cycles but cleaned well. We started having problems with codes. E16 ,e24 and finally e25 was the last one. The e25 was after a repair man came out twice. This IS a warranty repair. He replaced the pump and sensor. He said if we had more problems to replace the hose. We did and still didn't work. Contacted bosch by phone and never got through. By email 3 times. While waiting for a response, purchased another dishwasher. Now I have information on how to jump through hoops to try to return and get a refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cleans ok, beware less depth

I was super thrilled and eagerly waiting for the delivery of the SHE3AR75UC. I relied on Consumer Reports reviews and decided to go with this. One thing for sure - this is a quiet model! We were let down a lot - there are several cons - We loaded the washer as recommended - with scraping of food particles and not pre-rinsing; but doesn't completely clean the dishes. It is really hard to load this dishwasher as well, the tines are too close to each other. The silverware basket is also huge, (I guess can be a plus), but not flexible or split-able. The dishwasher is also about 2" less deep than other manufacturers. This makes for constrained loading and cramped interior. We have to run the washer several times a day to make up now. Also, the top rack seems to be too low, even on the highest setting. This takes up precious height from the bottom rack.

Beware-depth is only 22-9/16"; cramped interior
Hard to load pots and pans
Loaded as suggested, doesn't clean well
No indication of washing status
The silverware basket is a bit too big
Tines are too close to each other
