Not as good as previous model

I am very disappointed with this dishwasher. I bought it to replace the same 7 year-old model. This one doesn't clean greasy dishes nearly as well. I basically have to wash my dishes before I put them in the dishwasher.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

almost perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second Bosch and the only minor issue I have with this one is the soap residue left on our dishes. I haven't figured this one out and also tried to call Bosch to ask for guidance or recommencations but was on hold for almost an hour then I hung up.

worst design ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] terrible design; smaller capacity than our old whirlpool, plus the prongs make no sense whatever, inside the trays; apparently random spacing and alignment that don't match most of our dishes and bowls. i would never recommend this model to anyone. if not for our desire to avoid retail spaces during the pandemic, we probably would have avoided buying this one.

Even more difficult to load than the first one. Especially disappointed the upper rack does not more up as high. Lots of items will no longer fit in the lower rack.
