Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher because I thought it would clean dishes without pre-washing. I spoke with a rep who advised me to use "finish Quantum". It only helped a little, as food items still remain on dishes. I always make certain to run the sink faucet until the water is hot, and I run the garbage disposal for clear draining. Nonetheless, if I don't pre-wash dishes by hand before putting items in the dishwasher, they continue coming out with food debris on them. I expected the dishwasher to perform much better than this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

New Bosch Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous Maytag washer was not cleaning well at all so we decided to purchase a new machine. Consumer Reports website rated Bosch dishwashers excellent. We looked up dealers in Massachusetts and found Yale Appliance. It was coincidental that it the annual no-sales tax weekend. We actually were traveling that weekend and we completed the transaction by cellphone from our vehicle. The staff at Yale Appliance were experts in Bosch technology and the sales were completed seamlessly. We were told the machine was on backorder, which was fine. Yale kept us in the loop with emails. We finally got the call to schedule delivery. The truck arrived at the time we were promised and the delivery men were very polite and courteous. They removed the old machine and brought the new one in and rested it on masonite so it would not scratch our oak Flooring which had just been refinished. I am a DIY guy so I decided to install the machine myself. The installation instructions were perfectly easy to follow. One glitch was that the oak flooring was too thick for the Dishwasher to slide under our Granite Countertops. We were unable to hire a flooring contractor so I decided to replace the boards in front of the space where the dishwasher would be. I think I gave my wife a great deal of stress but I never shy away from a project. I had some unfinished oak planks in my workshop so I was able to replace the pieces I damaged with new boards. I was able to buy the same varnish at a contractor supply house and to a long story short, the new boards matched perfectly! WHEW! We slid in the dishwasher and I hooked up the water supply and electrical service cord. I held my breath when I opened the water supply(NO LEAKS)! I then completed the electrical connection and went down the basement to turn on the breaker. The switch went on with no sparks(WHEW AGAIN)! I went up to the kitchen and hit the power button and voila, the lights were on! I ran a cycle with no dishes and when it was finished we decided to wash all of our cloudy glasses and silverware. The results were amazing! I thought our glassware would always be cloudy...We have hard water. The bottom line is we love the Bosch Dishwasher and it cleans so well that we wish we bought it years ago. The only complaint was the Plastic Electrical Junction box was not packaged inside the dishwasher. We had to call Yale and place a special order for it, which was an expense we thought we should not have to pay for. I have 2 inlets and a generic power cord that are brand new. I should contact Yale to see if they could use them. The bottom line is Bosch gets 5 Stars for an exemplary product! Thanks! Feel free to share my review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is a fantastic dishwasher. It has many modes to choose from, including one to wash fine china. It was reasonably priced, looks great, easy to use and makes doing the dishes So Much Easier. We love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received our Bosch dishwasher in December, we are happy with its cleaning and quietness. We had to have a hose replaced due to over tightening on installation, but all was under warranty.

My new dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my old Bosch died i was so upset. It really wasn't in the budget to buy a new machine. So I washed and scrubbed my dishes because the pandemic had me home and cooking! When I finally did the research I knew I was a Bosch girl. I went to order a new machine and was shocked to learn there was a months long waiting list. I decided to stick it out and keep washing. The machine arrived earlier than expected and I am thrilled! To have clean shiny dishes is awesome. The machine is quiet and a beautiful addition to me kitchen. I found it interesting that the model I chose is the most sought after in the Bosch line and that it is made right here in America. A plus for me!
