[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Look no further, this dishwasher really works well. I do most of my dishes on the "express " cycle and they always come out clean. You do need to use JetDry to speed up the drying cycle, otherwise your dishes will be wet. The express cycle only runs for 40 minutes. Very happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent cleaning and very quiet operation. I also have the model /27 and this one is better. ( Both ordered at the same time and were supposed to be the same model.) Rack tines are so close together in areas that it makes it difficult to load dishes. Bottom rack is lightweight and does not stay in place when empty or partially full.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I expected the /26 model and did not get it. This model has an adjustable top rack that must be raised before any dishes are loaded. Otherwise, the glasses have to be taken out before the shelf can be raised. The /26 model is designed differently and is much easier to use. Overall cleaning and quiet operation is excellent. In several areas the rack tines are close together and it limits the way the dishes can be loaded. The bottom rack is also very lightweight and doesn't stay in place well when empty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like this dishwasher, it gives us several options of the wash and good for saving energy and water. The Express cycle is usually enough to do a normal not greasy wash. It is very quiet.

Cleans thoroughly and is incredibly quiet. Only complaint: flimsy bottom rack always seems to dislodge from tracks.

Worth purchasing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our decision to purchase this dishwasher was out of necessity, and not want of upgrading, although our prior dishwasher didn't do the best job at cleaning dishes. Our old washer died and repairing it seemed to cost more than half of what a new basic dishwasher would cost. Four months of hand washing dishes later (thank you Covid induced delays), this machine arrived. Had we not had to replace our oven, washer and dryer all within the last 12 months or so, we probably would have spent a little more on a more advanced model but this one works fine.
The Pros: it's quiet! When I was doing the research on dishwasher to buy I noticed that most machines out there market to their quietness. Having only been exposed to dishwashers that can be heard while running I didn't really know how to concepualize the volume of a dishwasher. I didn't really care either. I just wanted a machine that worked. This particular model wasn't marketed as the quietest either, but rather in the middle.. and it is very quiet! You barely notice it is running. I am very pleased with this! It also seems to do a good job cleaning dishes, which is great considering this is what it was designed to do. I've only come across a few items with food or grime still on them and those were probably due to loading them in wrong. In terms of results, I have no complaints so far, and there are 3 kids in our house so this thing runs pretty much 2x a day.
The Cons: I do not like the way the dish racks are designed. The bottom seems to be geared towards a house that uses lots and lots of flat plates. The prongs for these (there are many) are spaced close together so that anything OTHER than flat plates will need space between them. Also, it is difficult to load soup type bowls. We have bowls that are as wide as our dinner plates, but not that deep. Perfect for meals that contain a sauce, but not the best for cutting things like steak. We use these bowl plates a lot. Because they are not entirely flat like a plate, they lean forward in the bottom rack, reducing the total capacity significantly. You also can't load many of these along with pots at the same time. The rack just wasn't engineered very well. The silverware holder snaps onto the side and can hold a good deal since it is narrow and long, but is otherwise in the way when trying to load bowls, plates and a pot or two. Another issue I have is there seems to be no energy friendly setting, i.e. turning heated dry off. My last OLD dishwasher had this setting and we never used heated dry, simply because it was more energy efficient AND it wouldn't melt any plasticware we loaded. This machine appears to always run with heated dry at the end of the cycle, and there does't seem to be a way to turn it off except maybe running a delicate cycle.. but I haven't run this yet as our loads are often full and in need of a good soak. Lastly, this machine seems to be designed to operate with a Jet Dry style additive. We never use these as 1) we prefer no heated dry cycle and 2) we don't like adding extra chemicals to our dishes. On this machine there is an LED that turns on when you don't have any added in, which is annoying since we never fill it.
All in all I would recommend this machine to someone looking to relace their dishwasher. It is basic and straightforward and considering the price of other machines out there, not that expensive. Sure it doesn't have WiFi, but really.... do you need that much connectivity? Do you really need to connect your dishwasher to your phone?
