Amazing product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased many new dishwashers in my day and this is the first time I have a unit that does not drive me insane sliding the drawers in and out. I have a type of PTSD each time I open the unit for fear of the unit fighting me to unload. Then I remember it's my new Bosch and I am so RELIEVED.

Inexpensive, for a Bosch, but good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced an old, expensive Bosch, with this one. apart from additional superflous wash settings, (which we never used) and a plastic bottom on the tub, this one washes as well or better than the previous one.

I guess our only quibble would be it's taking some getting used to fitting our larger coffee cups and bowls but we will figure that out eventually. In terms of noise, efficiency, cleanliness and drying it has been everything we were told it would be.

Worth the wait

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this machine almost 2 months now. The rack layout is a little hard to get used too, and doesn't seem to be designed with large pots or serving dishes in mind. That said, once you get used to it, their idea for loading plates and our salad bowls is very space efficient while managing to get these items sparking clean. I also love that they have provided a well designed space in the top rack for Tupperware lids.
On the minus side.....there is no good way to load large cups, serving bowls, or pots without severely impacting the amount of dishes this holds. Also, while two rows of tines can be folded down to accommodate odd shaped items, they are unfortunately also the two most useful rows.
Also, communication between Bosch and their dealers regarding delivery to the dealer absolutely sucks. This unit took 6 weeks to deliver to the dealer and Bosch changed the delivery date 4 times that I know of.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new Bosch dishwasher is the best. It's fully automatic with time and water usage. We don't rinse the dishes any more and they come out sparkling even after a day or so.
I highly recommend anything with the Bosch name on it.

So far so...great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the Bosch to replace a 5 year old GE that broke down multiple times, needed a new motor, then the darn racks dissolved! So far we are really happy with the performance of the Bosch. It's very quiet. Glasses come out spotless, they've gotten more sparkly since we began using this DW. We've only had issues with stuck on food once in the time we've had it (a few months) and that was due to loading error on my part (bowls).
The racks definitely took some getting used to but they're very versatile compared to our old DW. We only have 2 racks, not the 3rd. There is one set of tines on each rack that folds down if you need to place larger items, like casserole dishes, etc. I load the top left side with glasses, the right with mugs. I really love the tiny rack on the top which holds our little pet dishes and pet can lid covers, coasters, etc. The DW in general holds far more than our prior one, as I said it took some getting used to bc our dishes are square/oddly shaped. There is flexibility bc of the placement of the tines on the racks...one row across, and two rows going up and down. We're happy with our purchase and feel it was worth the money...fingers crossed hope this continues.
