[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Newly built house, brand new appliances. This time, I was smart enough to divert from buying the same brand dishwasher as my other appliances. There's good reason Bosch is so highly recommended! Nice racks, thoughtfully designed for creatively arranging dirty dishes that suit your needs. Whisper quiet. Takes on baked-on stuff without worry (yes, I tried that). Our local appliance repairman told me Bosch is pretty much worry free.

Good, but with a couple of drawbacks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After our 30+ year-old dishwasher died, we chose the Bosch Ascenta based mainly on a very positive review in Consumer Reports and its reasonable price. On plus side, we really like the clean yet informative exterior design, the efficient layout of the two dish racks and the low noise level. On the negative side, the two flatware holders don't seem to fit well, the lower rack easily comes off its track when rolling it in and out, and the "normal" cycle takes much longer than we'd expected based on the review (2 hours, 10 minutes). The review also rated the Ascenta highly for reliability, something we hope to be able to test out with many years of useful life.

So Quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is a HUGE upgrade from my previous one, which I had to replace because the thermostat went out. My dishes were still wet at the house and of a cycle and I was never confident that they were actually clean. My Bosch dishwasher cleans like a champ...I love all the different cycles to choose from and the option to sanitize. The stainless steel interior is beautiful, and from what I've been told, it assists in drying dishes, as opposed to a plastic interior. The only thing I'm not crazy about are the rack configurations: I feel like I'm not able to load as many dishes in this dishwasher as I was in my old one because of that. Overall though, I'm so happy with my purchase and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a new dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just purchased this dishwasher based on family and friends review! I am not one bit sorry I did! It looks beautiful and it's so quiet! As a matter of fact, it's so quiet I sometimes put my ear to it to see if it's running! LOL. Does a great job cleaning the dishes and so quick! My old dishwasher ran for like 4 hours cause I had to use the heavy setting all the time for it to clean. Not this one...normal setting done in like 2 hours. Clean as a whistle! Price is comparable to others, so go with a Bosch it won't disappoint and you will be happy!
