Performs as expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher has been in service for a little over one month and has performed as expected. It does an excellent job of cleaning all dishes and silverware, does a good job of drying and is very quiet. I gave it four stars because its to early to rate its dependability.

It is quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not giving this 5 stars. The dishwasher is quiet when running. It takes some getting used to from the old dishwasher, but I really do not like (1) the dish holder prongs are too close together. The hype is that you can fill it up with more than average number of dishes / plates, but the close-setting prongs and as the plates lean against each other during the force of the water & washing, they don't always get clean. (2) Totally my fault, but when you go to store, take the largest platter / plate / dish whatever to make sure it fits. A couple of items that fit just fine in my old dishwasher do not fit in this one. These are simple serving platters, not some specialty item that is odd-shaped. (3) I would get a different dishwasher, but as it is now too late to return this one, I'm stuck. I let the store's discount sway me from the other brand / style I was looking at proving the old adage - you get what you pay for. I'm still giving it a 4 star because it is a good dishwasher, just not for me once I began to use it and am making it fit with our kitchen needs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife is very pleased with how quiet this unit runs. Our old washer made so much noise we had to turn up the TV. The front panel controls and display make it simple to operate. The install I did with the help of my wife went well except for the "fill" hose adaptor which was not just a simple "L", as discribed in the literature, but a Hose to 3/8 "L" connector.

Fantastic Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful dishwasher, thoughtfully designed to allow for any number of creative loading techniques. It's quiet and cleans beautifully and quickly. My ONLY complaint is that this model does not have the red indicator that shines down on the floor to let you know that it's running. C'mon, Bosch!
