Great cleaning power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying this dishwasher. I used to have to prewash items that had used for peanut butter or tomato sauce to insure they would come out clean. Now I can put these items in without prewash and they come out clean as new. Fantastic

Terrible rack design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a Bosch due to its reputation as the best. It does seem to clean the dishes well.
That said, we can only fit about 2/3 as many items as in our like dishwasher. The tines are simply too close together and since they are non adjustable, we are stuck with them. Our bowls only fit on one small portion of the top rack. When we need to put more than 4 bowls, we struggle to find somewhere for them. Most of the bottom rack remains empty each load as we simply can't fit our dishes in the door side of the rack. Glasses don't fit well in the top rack. The rows are too narrow and all the bumps make it hard to fix things.
The silverware tray is also oddly designed. The rows are curved instead of straight. This makes some really tiny sections that nothing fits in. I've actually used a sawsall to cut out several parts of the grid to make it more functional.
